I have finally updated my website and I feel really thankful that it is done! Well, is it ever really done? Probably not. But it seems easier to update and add photos. Thanks for stopping by.

I have also just listed some beads and jewelry at my etsy shop.  Here are some photos of what is there now.

Torch Fired Enamel

I am having so much fun in Barbara Lewis's on-line torch fired enamel class. It has been 3 weeks now. The last video is tomorrow. I have been practicing and trying all of the techniques.  I really like the on-line format. It gives me time to review the videos and do the techniques in the comfort of my studio.  I am anxious to start making pieces with the elements I have made. So far I have only made one pair of earrings. The other members of class have posted lots of photos of what they have created. It is so inspiring!  Here are a few photos of my enameled elements.

Wrap Bracelets

Here are photos of the wrap bracelets I have been making. I am definitely getting better.  They are fun to make and great to do in front of the TV.  Not sure if I am going to give them away or try to sell them at the studio.  The buttons are polymer clay that my studio partner, Gail Woods, creates.

Torch Fired Enamel

I am taking an online class with Barbara Lewis of Painting with Fire.  It is so cool. She posts videos and then we try the technique. We have a live chat at different times or a forum where we can post questions and photos!  Here are a couple photos of my beads.
These are pennies that I put through the rolling mill, drilled a hole and torch enameled.  Aren't they nice? I want to learn how to add an image to them.  I think they would be cool dangles or earrings.
